Starting off your day

How do you begin your day? Take a moment to consider what do you do when you wake up in the morning? Do you immediately rise out of bed? Do you hit the snooze alarm 10 times? Do you reach for your phone for catch up on Social Media?

What if we made a more conscientious decision to start our day with something more meaningful?

What if we took 3 minutes to check in with ourselves? What if, instead of picking up our phones, we took time to practice our breathing and connect with our bodies? Challenge yourself to make small changes, like not sleeping through alarms, and instead, use that time to listen to your body.
